Tour Summary – This tour starts in Nairobi and takes you to Kenya and Tanzania’s safari highlights. Your will see the best and most wildlife filled Parks in the world. Using air transfers this tour enables you to cover the distances and still leave ample time for game viewing, game drives and relaxation.You will see the world famous Ngorongoro Crater. Few people can not have seen TV film of this 20 km wide volcano crater which is packed with just about every species of animal and wildlife found in Africa. To compliment this the views from the high rim are incredible. The crater seems to be Noah’s Ark of animals which they share with the local Masai tribes people who graze their animals.

Itinerary
Day 1
On your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Airport, our representative will receive you and transfer to Norfolk Hotel where you will spend the night on bed and breakfast basis. Norfolk Hotel is located within the City Center, 20 kilometers from the airport . (B)Day 2
Breakfast at the Hotel. Your morning two and half hours drive takes to the Mount Kenya foothills where Sweetwaters Game Sanctuary, a private game sanctuary, and the Sweetwaters Tented Camp are located. You will have lunch at the Camp. In the afternoon, you will have game drive through the sanctuary and spend time in the Chimpanzee Sanctuary. Dinner and overnight at Sweetwaters Tented Camp .(BLD)Day 3
After breakfast at Sweetwaters, drive to Nanyuki for the flight to the Masai Mara. Met at the Mara Airstrip and drive to Mara Safari Club. Mara Safari Club is positioned on the Ox Bow of the Mara River, at the foot of the Aitong Hills. Enjoy lunch at the Club. You will have an afternoon game drive . (BLDDay 4
A full day in the Masai Mara.
Each year between the month of July and September, the Mara is host to the spectacular Wildebeest Migration, one of the natural wonders of the world. Over a million gnus move across the open plains in an endless stream stretching endlessly in to the horizon noisily bleating and creating thundering dust storms. The movement of this vast herd is fascinating with the predators that follow the herd. Lion, leopard, cheetah and wild dogs follow the herd for food . (BLD)
Day 5
After breakfast, drive to the airstrip with packed lunches for the flight to Wilson Airport in Nairobi where you will catch the connecting flight to Kilimanjaro Airport in Northern Tanzania. You will again connect for the flight to Seronera in Serengeti National Reserve. You will be received at the airstrip and transferred to Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge, located on a hill with awesome views across the sweeping plains. Game viewing en route. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
Serengeti comes from the Masai word 'Siringit' meaning 'the place where the land runs on forever'. The Park is estimated to contain over three million animals. The vast Serengeti Plains are the highlight of a Tanzanian wildlife experience. Here you will see massive herds of zebra, wildebeest and gazelle, large numbers of giraffe, buffalo and warthog, the big cats - lion, cheetah and leopard. The park is particularly known for the annual migration of the herds to Masai Mara. (BLD)
Day 6
A full day in Serengeti viewing wildlife in morning and afternoon drives. BLD.
Day 7
After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater. Between the Serengeti and the Crater, stop to visit Olduvai Gorge - the cradle of mankind where the Leakeys unearthed the secrets of man's early evolutionary heritage. Arrive at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge for lunch. This excellent Lodge offers superb service, has friendly staff, excellent food and very comfortable rooms.
The immense volcanic Ngorongoro Crater is about 18 kilometers in diameter and it is a famous reserve with prolific wildlife. The walls of the crater are covered with dense forest and the crater floor has a permanent lake. There is a profusion of wildlife here including lions, elephants, buffalo, black rhino, hippos, zebra, wildebeest, antelope and leopard. The views from the rim are breathtaking, and the crater is full of animals throughout the year. The Crater is part of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which covers 8,280 square km. You will have an afternoon game viewing session around the rim of the Crater before returning for dinner at the Lodge. BLD
Day 8
Have breakfast at the lodge and then head down into the Crater for a full day game viewing. Enjoy a picnic lunch watching the abundant game before returning to the Crater rim and the Serena Lodge for dinner and overnight. BLD
Day 9
Breakfast at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge. You will drive to Namanga boarder town where you will be handed over to the Kenyan crew and head to Amboseli National Park.
Amboseli is most famous for its photographs of elephant with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. The mountain is situated on the boundary of the park and Amboseli National Park is certainly one of the finest locations for spotting the mountain.
The elephants are a major attraction in Amboseli. The bull elephant here have some of the largest tusks in Kenya. The elephants are generally found in larger herds than most other areas, and are surprisingly relaxed around safari vehicles, allowing excellent photography. Buffalo, zebra, giraffe, gazelle and other plains game are plentiful in the park and hippos live in the open waters and swamp channels. You will spend the afternoon game driving through the park before dinner and overnight at the Amboseli Serena Lodge.
Day 10
All day is spent in Amboseli. You will enjoy a morning and an afternoon game drive. BLD
Day 11
Breakfast at the lodge and leave the Amboseli for the journey back to Nairobi. You will have a free afternoon for shopping. Dinner at Carnivore Restaurant before you are transferred to Jomo Kenyatta Airport for departure. BL
