Itinerary
Day 1. Morning pick from Arusha hotel and drive to Lake Manyara National Park where you overnight. A compact Park with a wide variety of animals and birds and especially noted for the very large size of the baboon families! (LD)
Day 2. Today we drive past the Ngorongoro crater on route to the famous African Plains and your destination for two nights....the amazing Serengeti. Broad open spaces and animal herds will provide a memories for life. You may be lucky to see lions, leopards and much more. Todays drive is around 5 hours but wonderful.(BLD)
Day 3. Full day in the Serengeti allowing ample time for extenisve Game Drives and explorations.
Day 4.
Today we make our way to one of the wonders of the world, the Ngorongoro Crater, which was formed by the explosion of a ancient volcano. The steep sides mean not only that you need a 4WD vehicle but that there is a unique eco system in this vast crater. Overnight at an Ngorongoro Lodge (BLD)
Day 5
A day to explore the crater itself and admire the views from your Lodge.
Day 6 Drive back to Arusha arriving at about lunch time and transferred to either your hotel, next excursion or to the airport. (B).
