Itinerary
Day 1.
Transfer to Nairobi Airport for the short flight to where you are met and transferred to Akergera National Park and an overnight at the beautifully situated Lodge (D)
Day 2.
Full day with Game Drives in the Park. Overnight at the Lodge (BLD).
Day 3
Drive to Butare for a visit to the National Museum and continue on to the Lodge/Guest House at Nyungwe National Park. (BLD).
Day 4
Primate Trekking in the morning and then after lunch drive to Kibuye Guesthouse on the shores of Lake Kivu(BLD).
Day 5
Morning boat trip and then drvie along the Lake to Gisenyi and overnight (BLD).
Day 6
Early start and short drive to Ruhengeri for the first Gorilla Trek. Overnight at Gorillas Nest Lodge (BLD)
Day 7
Second Gorilla Trek and then proceed on the scenic drive back to Kigali and an overnight at a city hotel (BL)
Day 8
Transfer to Kigali Airport (B).
